SHIPPING

PRELUXE uses UPS / DHL to ship all product. All orders will be shipped to the verified address with insurance and signature required. Be sure to make proper arrangements to receive your shipment without delay. Returned packages will be refunded to the original form of payment. PRELUXE does not reimburse the cost of shipping. We currently ship within the US, Canada, UK and Australia only. All customs taxes, VAT and duties are the responsibility of the receiver. When placing an order to be shipped to any country outside of the US, you are agreeing to these terms. We are not responsible for lost packages when the original delivery address has been changed by the receiver or is not the same as the billing address. PRELUXE has the rights to refuse any sale.

 

 All Shipping prices are calculated by weight and shipping destination. When placing an order through PRELUXE, you are agreeing to the terms stated on the shipping and returns policy pages.
